blur

when the music plays

a lovely love song

and someone asks you to dance

if the dance

is stiff

and difficult to meet

rather than a melt into flow

then you know

why the sun rises in the east

and sets in the west

we are created for certain things

and where synchronicity exists

the music is best

and our dance

becomes a life in perfect rhyme

where a gaze says eternity

and our hearts spin

across the floor

swaying as one

yet hearing the music

through different doors

always two

magenta and cyan create blue

the sea and the sky

blur into the horizon

melting into one

the perfect dance

the light shimmering

iridescence

a reflection of the sun

the dance

when soulmates fly

one

yet two
